It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Fireside Summer Breeze.  Breeze was the mother of Stony Point Kennel's first litter.  Puppies from this and three subsequent litters, all sired by our own stud dog Rocky, have made their way into many loving homes. 

Welcome to Stony Point Kennels.  Our services include retriever gun dog training and boarding.  Our kennel facilities, built in 2001, are located just outside Shenandoah in Southwest Iowa.

 Our training programs are focused on gun dog retriever training and AKC Hunt Testing.  Training can be customized to each client’s goals and expectations.  We limit the number of training dogs taken to assure that each dog gets the attention needed.

Stony Point Kennels also offers boarding for all types of dogs and cats for any period of time.  Our facility was constructed to provide a very comfortable environment for your pet with spacious runs and a large outside exercise area.
